Colorado Lawyers for the Arts was the first 501c3 nonprofit organization in Colorado devoted to helping artists and arts organizations gain legal assistance and education on matters that affect them.
If you are a qualifying artist or arts organization, we can refer your legal issue to our panel of volunteer attorneys for review and for possible low-cost representation. We also provide educational programming. Our mission is helping artists and arts groups succeed on their creative abilities so that success or failure does not hinge on legal pitfalls.
