Mr. Konrad’s practice focuses on the intellectual property aspects of business law, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names and licensing agreements. Mr. Konrad also focuses on entertainment law, addressing the legal issues of musicians, filmmakers, writers and others in the entertainment industries. He is also experienced in general-counsel representation of emerging and growing businesses, emphasizing business formation, contracts and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and employment and consulting arrangements. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Konrad has extensive experience performing professionally on the guitar and dobro.
